Real Estate have joined the lineup for this week’s Big Sur Brooklyn Bridge event. As previously reported, Big Sur, CA’s Henry Miller Memorial Library has kicked off Big Sur Brooklyn Bridge, a weeklong festival in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where Miller spent his childhood. The festival, which runs from May 12-19, includes readings, art, comedy, music and movies. A pop-up bookstore at the City Reliquary will display a collection of first- and early-edition Henry Miller books, rare manuscripts and handwritten letters, along with many other artifacts and merchandise for sale.

The festival will conclude with a concert on May 19 at Music Hall of Williamsburg with performances from Philip Glass, Van Dyke and Real Estate (acoustic), along with special guests. Real Estate have performed at the Henry Miller Memorial Library as part of the Woodsist festival.
