The Infamous Stringdusters have announced the dates of their American Rivers Tour. The run will begin July 31 in Salt Lake City, UT and will then hit several river towns in seven states over the course of 11 days. The band will team up with American Rivers, the nation’s leading river conservation organization, to raise money and awareness for protecting and restoring rivers and clean water around the country. The tour will culminate in a six-day river trip, as all of the band’s members set off down the Middle Fork of the Salmon River with a film crew from the Fly Fishing Film Tour from August 15-21.

The American Rivers Tour will follow the band’s Atlantic Beach Tour which, as the name suggests, will take the band to a number of beach towns along the Atlantic Coast. The group will also perform at a number of festivals like All Good, High Sierra and Telluride Bluegrass, as well as their own The Festy in October.
