Neko Case will release her first album in four years, The Worse Things Get, The Harder I Fight, The Harder I Fight, The More I Love You, on September 3 via on Anti-. The first single, “Man,” is available now on iTunes, and the full album is available for pre-order. The new record includes backing by guitarist Paul Rigby, bassist Tom V. Ray, vocalist Kelly Hogan and multi-instrumentalist Jon Rauhouse. Other guests include M. Ward, Steve Turner and Howe Gelb as well as members of The New Pornographers, My Morning Jacket, Calexico, Los Lobos and Visqueen.

Case has also announced a series North American tour dates for the summer and fall, including stops at the Solid Sound Festival, Ottawa Blues Festival, Toronto Urban Roots Fest and Austin City Limits.
