Bonnaroo staple Jack Johnson will sit in with ALO at Bonnaroo this morning. Johnson—an unannounced 2013 Bonnaroo performer—is one of several guests who will join the Bay Area jamband in That Tent at 1:30am this morning. The members of ALO announced the collaboration in a Tweet earlier today.

Johnson was one of the breakout stars at the first Bonnaroo in 2002 and has returned to the festival numerous times over the years. He even headlined the festival in 2008. The collaboration makes sense: ALO keyboardist Zach Gill is a longtime member of Johnson’s band, and the rest of the group’s members have been friends with the singer/songwriter since college. The members of Nicki Bluhm & the Grambers and Ryan Montbleau Band are also expected to sit in at ALO’s “and friends” set.
