The Rolling Stones busted out “Memory Motel” last night at the TD Garden in Boston. The band had not played the tune, which appears on their 1976 album Black and Blue, since 2006. It was only the song’s third appearance since 1999.

With the exception of the bust out, last night’s set went fairly predictably. The only other surprise was the lack of special guests, who have become a staple of the current tour. Mick Taylor also took the stage for “Midnight Rambler” and “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” as he has for most of the tour.

The Rolling Stones will play their next show at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on June 18. Country music star Brad Paisley will be joining them as a special guest during that gig.
