Tea Leaf Green made their debut appearance at San Rafael, CA’s Terrapin Crossroads on Friday night. The Bay Area group opened their show with the Taught to Be Proud number “John Brown” and segued into “Give Me One More Chance.” A bit later, The Mother Hips co-founder Greg Loiacono emerged for “Space Hero II” and the Hips original “424.” Loiacono and Tea Leaf Green bassist Reed Mathis are members of the area supergroup Sensations. Tea Leaf Green’s set came full circle with “5000 Acres” and “Taught to be Proud.”

Tea Leaf Green will perform at Auburn, CA’s Auburn Event Center on Friday.
