Disco Biscuits/Electron bassist Marc Brownstein is in the midst of a three-show Colorado run. Each show finds the bassist performing with a different band. On Wednesday, Brownie performed at Boulder, CO’s Fox Theater with Electron and, last night, he performed at the venue with members of Conspirator, Underground Orchestra and Big Gigantic as The Gigantic Underground Conspiracy.

On Wednesday, Big Gigantic drummer Jeremy Salken emerged a night early to sit in with Electron on the Pink Floyd classics “In the Flesh,” “Hey You,” “Another Brick in the Wall” and “Comfortably Numb” during their encore. During last night’s show, Paper Diamond also made a guest appearance during “On Right” while STS9’s David Murphy emerged for “Gypsy Lane.”

Brownstein will perform with Conspirator at Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks today as part of the Global Dance event.
