ATO Records has joined up with music supervisor Randall Poster to release Divided & United in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. This two-disc set contains songs by various artists meant to celebrate music deeply vital to the history and spirit of America.

Best known for his work on the Buddy Holly tribute Rave On, Poster handpicked the musicians and with the help of bluegrass guitarist Bryan Sutton, assembled the collection. Artists on Divided & United include Dolly Parton, Taj Mahal, Chris Thile and Michael Daves, Lee Ann Womack, Shovels & Rope, David Grisman, Old Crow Medicine Show, Ricky Skaggs, Jorma Kaukonen, Loretta Lynn and Ralph Stanley, among others.
