This could be a ARU set-up.

let me start with I love the Colonel. Always have and always will appreciate what he has done musically throughout his career. With that said, I saw him play about 3 months ago and it was sad to say the least. The col. looked completely lost on satge and his backing band did 90% of the work including telling the col. when to play. Granted, his band was sick and we got the typical weird out moments (Space is the Place, Zambi) but I was thrown aback with how much he seems to have deterioted in the last few years. Anyone know anything I don’t, or is the road just catching up to him, or was it an off night?
Well, still a nice addition and yes an Aquarium Rescue Unit rehash would be sweet.
Long live the COLONEL!!!

Caught Colonel few weeks back in Denver for Cervantes WSP aftershow. He came out with George Porter and sounded fabulous! Then we had him play a private party the following night and he sounded even better. Everybody has a bad day at work every now and then, I’ve seen Colonel play nights where I can tell he’s worn out. He ain’t rolling in luxury like many of his counterparts, no tour bus, no fancy hotels. But the old man is STILL able to put it down like no one else. Long Live Colonel Bruce! ZAMMM-Biiii!!!!
