God Street Wine returned to the Brooklyn Bowl for the second night of their run at their venue. The group was joined by former band-member Peter Levin, who played keys on a first set-closing “Peanut Butter Jar,” as well as “Golden Years” and “Slinky.” The band encored with back-to-back covers of The Beatles’ “We Can Work It Out” and “While My Guitar Gently Weeps.”

As previously reported, Levin and a few other guests joined God Street Wine at the Brooklyn Bowl on Thursday night, when the band band encored with two Bruce Springsteen tunes. That show was the group’s first-ever appearance at the venue, which is owned by former Wetlands proprietor (and current Relix publisher) Peter Shapiro.

God Street Wine will perform at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY tonight. Tickets to that show are still on sale.
