The String Cheese Incident got some help from Steve Kimock and Jeff Pevar during their first performance at this year’s Horning Hideout festival. Kimock joined the band toward the end of the first set for a take on Peter Rowan’s Texican Badman tune “Sweet Melinda.” Pevar then made his appearance on the instrumental composition “Land’s End,” which kicked off a second set closing jam that also included “Glory Chords” and “San Jose.”

The String Cheese Incident will return to the stage at Horning Hideout tonight and tomorrow night.
