Warp Records have revealed that they will be reissuing Boards of Canada’s catalog on vinyl due to popular demand. Their seminal 1998 album Music Had The Right to Children, 2002’s Geogaddi and 2006’s The Campfire Headphase will be reissued on October 21. The groups mini-albums and EPs, 1995’s Twoism, 2000’s In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country and 2006’s Trans Canada Highway, will then be reissued on November 18. There will also be a vinyl release for 1996’s Hi Scores EP later this year.

Boards of Canada, who are generally considered to be one of the most influential electronic music producers of the modern era, released Tomorrow’s Harvest, their first studio album in almost 8 years, back in June. The album’s existence was first hinted at via a handful of cryptic, unmarked vinyls that showed up in a couple of select retailers on Record Store Day.

Boards of Canada’s new vinyl reissues can be pre-ordered for a variety of prices via Bleep. Each reissue will come with a download and an original BoC sticker design from the era of its original release.
