Steve Kimock, Ron Holloway and Jeff Chimenti sat in with The Allman Brothers last night during their performance at the Peach Festival in Scranton, PA.

The Allman Brothers’ set kicked off with a trifecta of Willie Cobbs’ “You Don’t Love Me,” Dr. John’s “I Walk On Guilded Splinters” and Elmore James’ “Done Somebody Wrong.” The band jammed out the Grateful Dead’s “The Other One” during “Black Hearted Woman” in the middle of the set. The song was followed by a take on “Melissa” that featured Gregg Allman on acoustic guitar before Kimock joined the group for “Dreams.” Holloway and Chimenti then came out for Willie Dixon’s “The Same Thing,” which was followed by a “Mountain Jam” that was sandwiched between a rendition of Jimi Hendrix’s “1983… (A Merman I Should Turn to Be).” The Allman Brothers wrapped up their show with their classic “Whipping Post.”

The evening also featured sets from Gov’t Mule and Bob Weir & Ratdog. Holloway, Bill Evans and Karl Denson sat in with Gov’t Mule in the middle of their performance for “Devil Likes It Slow,” while Ratdog finished up a “Dark Star” that they had started he previous night. Ratdog kept mostly to the Dead canon, but also played a few Bob Weir originals like “Ocotber Queen,” “Cassidy” and “Two Djinn.”

The Peach Music Festival will come to a close today with sets from The Balck Crowes, Greensky Bluegrass, Dirty Dozen Brass Band and a “Brunch with Bobby” solo acoustic performance.
