Brian Haas Announces Tour Dates in Support of New Album

Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey bandleader Brian Haas will hit the road with a number of different projects the over the course few months. The jazz pianist will perform with JFJO and the Johnny Vidacovich trio at various points during the tour.

In addition, Haas will also be making a bunch of stops to perform his forthcoming album Frames, which he recorded along with drummer Matt Chamberlain. Haas will be accompanied by a number of different drummers for those shows, like Dave Wayne, Johnny Vidacovich, John Speice, JFJO’s Josh Raymer, Scott Amendola, Allison Miller and Chamberlain himself.

As previously reported, Haas’ Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey bandmates Chris Combs and Josh Raymer have put together a new project called Booomclap.

Frames features 11 instrumental compositions that spiral through the tempered scale. The album is set for release on October 15.
