Vampire Weekend, MGMT, The Roots, Grizzly Bear, White Denim, The War on Drugs, Johnny Marr, The Cat Empire, Bonobo and More to Play The Falls

A number of indie rock acts will spend New Year’s Eve in Australia as part of the traveling The Falls Music & Arts Festival. The event will take place in Lorne (12/28-1/1), Marion Bay (12/29-1/1) and Byron Bay (12/31-1/3). The same mix of acts will perform on different days at all three locations. Those artists include: Vampire Weekend, MGMT, Grizzly Bear, White Denim, Solange, The War on Drugs, Johnny Marr, Bonobo, Violent Femmes and The Roots, among others. Australian acts like Pond and The Cat Empire will also perform at the fest. In addition, Hot 8 Brass Band, Hot Dub Time Machine, Late Nite Tuff, Guy Legs and others will perform as part of the festival’s Boogie Nights series.
