Tedeschi Trucks Band Feature Guests at Beacon Theatre

Tedeschi Trucks Band welcomed the likes of Neal Evans, Lee Fields, and Doyel Bramhall II during their set last night at NYC’s Beacon Theatre. Bramhall and TTB guitarist Derek Trucks played together in Eric Clapton’s band. Over three shows at the Beacon this week, TTB welcomed a wide variety of guests, including The London Souls guitarist Tash Neal as well as Allman Brothers guitarist, Dickey Betts.

Eric Krasno Band opened the show for TTB. Krasno joined Tedeschi Trucks Band this summer as the bass player. Check out photos from the evening courtesy of Dino Perrucci.

last night TTB blew the doors off of the Beacon Theater. It was a powerful performance by an extremely talented group of musicians. Sure it`s Derek`s and Susan`s band, but what makes them so special is how they give everybody on stage a chance to shine, spotlighting not only the bands music but also some awesome cover songs. Lee Brice killed it,he worked the crowd into a frenzy. I saw TTB in Westhampton Beach in April and they were great , last night was much better, but then everything is better at the Beacon. If you have never gone put it on your bucket list. TTB is not to be missed they are that good

I’m looking forward to extended residencies for TTB @ the beacon. Lets hope they take over that tradition when it’s time.

By the way, if anyone has audio from those shows, please post it on! Thanks!

Couldn’t agree more with these comments. I was there all 3 nights & every show was amazing. So cool to see Derek inherit the Beacon!
