Keller & His Compadres: Kang, Travis, Herman and Emmitt

Keller Williams has confirmed that his “Keller & His Compadres” project will return for a two-night run at Warren Station in Keystone, CO on December 20 and 21. This year’s incarnations of the group will feature Michael Kang and Michael Travis of the String Cheese Incident and Vince Herman and Drew Emmitt of Leftover Salmon. Kang and Travis will join Williams on Friday, December 20, while Herman and Emmitt will be there on Saturday, December 21.

Pre-sale tickets to the shows will go on sale this Thursday, October at 10am MT via Williams’ site. Beginning at the same time, fans will also be able to pre-order limited edition posters and t-shirts.

Last year’s Keller & His Compadres gigs featured three other members of the String Cheese Incident—Kyle Hollingsworth, Bill Nershi and Keith Moseley—as well as Dave Watts.

keller is such a clown-ass obnoxious musician… how does he keep getting people to play with him in these line-ups? the guy drowns out anyone he plays with and it instantly becomes “the keller show.” somebody should barge stage and break that looping machine…....

tellsem you seem really bitter. I think Keller has done some awesome collaborations- especially with the Travelin’ McCoury’s.. Did you listen to their album Pick? Of course not- because you’d know that your statement made no sense after doing so. Keller rules- good day negative nancy

Keller can do some good things as long as it’s not mouth trumpet. These shows look like a ton of fun. I wonder who is layin down a bass line?
