Fans of baseball and Pearl Jam will enjoy Fox Sports’ coverage of the World Series. According to Billboard, the Seattle rockers announced a partnership with the network to score this October’s World Series. The deal includes all twelve tracks from their recent album Lightning Bolt as well as 36 other songs from Pearl Jam’s 20-year career. According to Pearl Jam’s product manager Christian Fresco, songs like “Better Man,” “Blood,” “Black,” “Even Flow” and more will be included. Pearl Jam’s World Series partnership is the largest in terms of number of songs, with The Who and Jack White both contributing 30 to cover the 2012 NLCS and World Series.

Pearl Jam’s ties to the baseball world are deep, with frontman Eddie Vedder growing up as a Chicago Cubs fan. Legendary Cubs player Ernie Banks joined Pearl Jam on stage during their recent, rain-delayed show at Chicago’s Wrigley Field. Fox Sports host Joe Buck is also a long time Pearl Jam fan, even publishing an essay about his experience with Eddie Vedder at the St. Louis Pearl Jam show in 2011. Buck will once again host Fox’s coverage of the World Series scheduled for October 23-31.
