Guitarist Mick Taylor will join Ronnie Wood Band on stage November 1 during the closing night of BluesFest at London’s Royal Albert Hall. The two will collaborate to pay tribute to legendary blues artist Jimmy Reed. Taylor and Wood’s paths crossed before, with Ronnie replacing Mick in The Rolling Stones in 1975, shortly after Wood contributed to 1974’s It’s Only Rock and Roll But I Like It. Mick Taylor was also a frequent guest on The Rolling Stones’ recent “50 & Counting Tour.”

Additional acts scheduled to perform at BluesFest include Tedeschi Trucks Band, Robert Plant, Van Morrison and more.

Tickets to BluesFest are available via the festival’s website.
