Umphrey’s McGee Confirm Second Leg of Winter Tour

Umphrey’s McGee have announced the second leg of their upcoming winter tour. The outing will kick off with a three night hometown run at The Riviera Theatre in Chicago before the band makes their ways across the western half of the United States over the course of the next month. Presale for the newly confirmed shows will be available November 8 at 12pm local time, with tickets going on sale to the general public on November 15.

As previously reported, Umphrey’s Mcgee have already revealed the dates for the first leg of their winter tour, which is set to bring the band through the East Coast and Midwest. The band will also be performing at the annual Mayan Holidaze event in Puetro Morelos, Mexico this December before closing out the year with a run at The Fillmore in Denver.

The scheduling of a three-night February run in Chicago raises some questions about the location of the next UMBowl, which is usually held in the city during the month of April. We’ll likely know for sure during the halftime of this year’s Super Bowl, when the details for the event have historically been announced.

Ace of Spades is a dump. They came to Harlow’s last year and it was well received, too bad they changed venues.

MAN we have some choices to make. With Issacs and my wedding going down at Holidaze most likely how will we afford multiple weekend runs? We will figure out how to handle the loads.

UM kings of false advertising. Chicago isnt where this band started. 2 of them are from Chicago and they by no means represent the windy city. Chicago calls bands like Smashing Pumkins and artists like Buddy Guy their own. South Bend calls UM their own. In fact most of their best songs with lyrics, as writers block has been a 10 year issue for B and J, were written before they graduated and certainly before Mirro left and Jake saved the band. Please Chicago is not UM s home that is insulting to this South Bend fan.
More BS marketing by a band who cant sell out Halloween these days.

Oh Man, and did you hear, Phish isn’t actually from Vermont!!! What a bunch of false BS advertising! They are insulting New Jersey and Conn! Don’t be dumb, home is where the heart is, and a lot of people from NW Indiana rep Chicago. Including UM.
