John Fogerty to Play Full CCR Albums at The Beacon Theatre

John Fogerty will perform a classic Creedence Clearwater Revival album—along with some select hits—during each of his upcoming shows at The Beacon Theatre in New York City next week. On November 12 and 14, Fogerty will tackle Bayou, while Cosmo’s Factory will be the album of choice on November 13.

Fogerty has been making a comeback recently following the release of his new album Wrote A Song For Everyone and his work with Dave Grohl’s Sound City Player. The former CCR frontman even sat in with Widespread Panic at the inaugural Lockn’ Festival in September, and he played a set with Mumford and Sons in Florida a couple of weeks later.

Bayou Country tracklist:

Born on the Bayou
Graveyard Train
Good Golly Miss Molly
Penthouse Pauper
Proud Mary
Keep On Chooglin’

Cosmo’s Factory tracklist:

Ramble Tamble
Before You Accuse Me
Travelin’ Band
Ooby Dooby
Lookin’ Out My Back Door
Run Through the Jungle
Up Around the Bend
My Baby Left Me
Who’ll Stop the Rain
I Heard It Through the Grapevine
Long as I Can See the Light

Love CCR but never saw. Saw JFK at Locken with WSP but nothing special. If he’s gonna just parrot the 3 minute songs from the albums back, what’s the point????
