Jimmy Herring’s collaborative project The Ringers (Wayne Krantz, Michael Landau, Etienne Mbappe and Gary Novak) will be kicking off 2014 with a run of East Coast shows in January and February. The tour will begin with two Festivals in Florida with Tedeschi Trucks Band headlining and will see the band making its way north to join jam stalwarts moe. for a few dates, including the first day of the Wetlands 25th Anniversary Show at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY.
The veteran musicians will perform sets of new material written exclusively for this band, as well as each individual’s solo material and covers chosen by the players. Interestingly, Novak will only be with the group for their January shows.
