Keller Williams will cover the Grateful Dead with Nicki and Tim Bluhm, Keith Moseley, Michael Kang, Jeff Austin and other special guests for Nightfall of Diamonds: A Benefit for the Rex Foundation. The event is set to take place on Saturday, December 7 at The Fillmore in San Francisco. Tickets to the concert are now on sale, though partially tax-deductible tickets to the concert and pre-show reception can be purchased as well.

Williams released Keys: A Collection of Grateful Dead Covers to Benefit the Rex Foundation earlier this year, with 100% of the proceeds from the album going to the organization.

The Rex Foundation is a charitable non-profit that was founded by members of the Grateful Dead and friends in 1983. According to their Mission Statement, the organization aims to help secure a healthy environment, promote individuality in the arts, provide support to critical and necessary social services, assist others less fortunate than ourselves, protect the rights of indigenous people and ensure their cultural survival, build a stronger community, and educate children and adults everywhere.
