The Black Crowes’ Rich Robinson will release his new solo album The Ceaseless Sight in Spring 2014. Robinson, who also recently signed with Brooklyn indie label The End Records, will tour around his new album in 2014 as Rich Robinson and Friends. The lineup and tour dates have yet to be announced.

Founder of The Black Crowes with brother Chris, Rich Robinson already has two solo albums to his credit, with the first, Paper, coming in 2004 and then Through a Crooked Sun landing in 2011.

On the signing and future, Robinson said, “I’m very excited to be partnering with The End Records and ADA to release my album. Andreas is a long time music fan and has some very forward ideas on how to get music out there, but more importantly for me, how to allow the artist to create pure music without the inevitable commercial vs art clash that comes from a more traditional approach. All of Andreas’ team shares these qualities. It’s going to be great.”
