Tomorrow night, November 27, Denver, CO’s Ogden Theatre will host its ninth annual Last Waltz – Revisited concert. The event—which also took place at the Boulder Theater last weekend—will showcase members of Polytoxic along with over forty Colorado musicians. The performers will put their spin on the music of the band’s iconic final concert, “The Last Waltz.”

Along with the musical performances, there will be a canned food drive in which the theater encourages all to participate. A portion of the proceeds from the concert – in addition to all collected canned foods and desired hygiene items – will be donated to the Denver Rescue Mission. Anyone who brings nine or more items to donate will receive a special artwork poster for free.

Colorado musician Buck Perigo will open the show, performing Arlo Gurthie’s classic Alice’s Restaurant in full at 8:30pm, and music of The Last Waltz will begin at 9pm. Tickets to the event are now available.

As previously reported, yesterday marked the 37th anniversary of the iconic “Last Waltz” show.
