JJ Grey & Mofro have announced a European tour, as well as a couple of festival dates for 2014. The band will head to Nuremberg, Germany on April 28 before embarking on a five-night run through Germany. The outing will then wrap up with a performance at Oosterport in Groningen, Netherlands. The groups has also added dates at Michael Arnone’s 25th annual Crawfish Fest in Augusta, NJ, as well as a show at Red Fest in Austin, TX. Grey will close 2013 with a co-headlining show with Gregg Allman. On both December 28 and 31, Grey and Allman will play co-headlining dates, with the Allman Brothers leader slated to close the night.

In related news, Mofro has also added an Evanston, IL date with his Southern Soul Assembly Project, which also features Anders Osborne, Marc Broussard and Luther Dickinson.
