Binky Griptite will join The Impressions and other members of the Dap-Kings for Let Freedom Ring: A Concert to Benefit Free the Slaves at Plymouth Church in Brooklyn on January 11. The Inspirational Voices of Abyssinian Baptist Church and other special guests will join them during the show. Griptite—who plays guitar with the Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings—is currently producing the new Impressions album.
