Back in July, Phish debuted a new Mike Gordon/Scott Murawski-penned tune called “Yarmouth Road.” Fans got to a hear a bit more of the song, as it continued to appear on setlists throughout the Summer, Fall, and New Year’s Eve runs. Now, Rolling Stone has premiered the studio version of the track, which will appear on Gordon’s forthcoming solo record Overstep, which is due out on February 25.

This is the second track from Overstep to be released thus far, following the premiere of “Ether” last month. The LP was reportedly written on weekend retreats throughout New England with Gordon’s longtime collaborator, guitarist Scott Murawski, who also plays in Max Creek and Gordon’s live band. Fans who pre-order the album through iTunes will receive an automatic download of “Yarmouth Road.”
