George Porter Jr., Kyle Hollingsworth, Adam Smirnoff to Jam for Benefit Show

George Porter Jr. (The Funky Meters), Kyle Hollingsworth (String Cheese Incident), Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff (Lettuce), John Staton (Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe), Kim Dawson (The Motet) and Art Edmaiston and Dennis Marion (Mofro) will join forces at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, CO on February 1 for the Funky Good Times benefit concert. The one-off superjam—billed as the Pearl Street All-Stars—will play take the stage 8pm. All proceeds from the show will go to the local KGNU community radio station, and the concert will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of Boulder’s Mountain Sun Pub and Brewery. In addition, Mountain Sun Brewery will be supplying the beer at a discounted $4 a pint.

Tickets to the show are now on sale, and all attendees must 21 years of age or older.

This is the 20th anniversary of this annual show, it is ALWAYS a good time and ALWAYS funky!
