Members of The Revivalists Sit In with Gov’t Mule in Mobile
Members of The Revivalists sat in with Gov’t Mule last night during their show at the Saenger Theatre in Mobile, AL. The New Orleans rockers, who had just performed at the Aura Music Festival in Live Oak, FL the previous night, played an opening set as well.
Saxophonist Rob Ingraham was the first to join in, taking the stage in the middle of set two for a “The Other One Jam.” The rest of the band (sans bassist George Gekas)—vocalist Dave Shaw, guitarists Zack Feinberg, pedal steel guitarist Ed Williams, drummer Andrew Campanelli and keyboardist/trumpeter Michael Giradot—then sat in for an encore rendition of Al Green’s “Take Me to The River.”
Gov’t Mule will return to the stage on Tuesday night at The Pageant in St. Louis.
