Miami New Times is reporting that a man whose legs were shattered by falling stage lights during last year’s Ultra Music Festival is now suing the festival as well as the performer during the incident—Swedish House Mafia.

Joey Green, an equipment technician, was installing the festival’s LED lights on the main stage when one of the panels fell, injuring him and several others. The lawsuit, filed on February 10, is just one of many surrounding the popular EDM fest. Most notably, the co-founders are still in court grappling over ownership rights. All lawsuits are still ongoing.

A lawsuit was dismissed last month after three years of litigation following an incident where a man claims he was beaten, choked and tased three times by police officers over holding a glowstick. This year’s festival will go on as planned at Bayfront Park on March 28-30.
