The Disco Biscuits brought their hometown run to a close last night with the final of three shows at Philadelphia’s Electric Factory. Much like the previous night, the band’s cover selection took center stage as tDB debuted Eddy Grant’s popular “Electric Avenue,” presumably as an ode to the venue bearing a similar name.

The previous night featured notable covers of Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy” and Nirvana’s “Lithium,” both of which served as set openers. “Let’s Go Crazy” was preceded by an introduction from a Benjamin Franklin impersonator.

The Disco Biscuits’ next scheduled show will take place at McDowell Mountain Music Festival in Phoenix, AZ on March 29. Also scheduled to appear at the three-day festival are STS9, Ben Harper & Charlie Musselwhite, Slightly Stoopid and more.
