The Avett Brothers will perform on The Tonght Show with Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, March 5. The episode is scheduled to air on NBC at 11:35 ET.

As previously reported, Jimmy Fallon recently took the Tonight Show reins from longtime host Jay Leno. Fallon has already brought on a number of A-list musical guests, including U2, The Arcade Fire and Justin Timberlake. The new host’s music cred is also supplemented by a house band that consists of The Roots and a horn section.
