Thirty Seconds to Mars’ Jared Leto completed his award season sweep for Best Supporting Actor tonight as the musician/actor took home the Academy Award for his role in Dallas Buyers Club. Leto also won the same award at this year’s Golden Globes, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Independent Spirit Awards, Critics’ Choice Movie Awards and more. In total, the rocker has taken home 34 awards for his role in the 2013 Jean-Marc Vallee-directed picture.

Leto’s role as a transgender woman in the film received critical praise. Lead actor Matthew McConaughey also took home Best Actor for his role as AIDS patient Ron Woodroff who smuggles unapproved pharmaceutical drugs into Texas, distributing them to other HIV positive patients.
