Grace Potter and The Nocturnals will perform at the second annual Lockn’ Festival. The Vermont-based rock n’ roll quintet is the latest act to be added the lineup during the event’s second wave of artist announcements. While the full band was not present at last year’s inaugural Lockn’ Festival, frontwoman Grace Potter did join Gov’t Mule for a number of tunes during their Thursday night performance, including a fantastic take on The Beatles’ “Dear Prudence.”

The 2014 Lockn’ Festival will take place September 4-7 at Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, VA. The festival’s lineup already includes appearances by The Allman Brothers Band, Phil Lesh and Friends (two nights), Bob Weir and RatDog (two nights), The String Cheese Incident (two nights), Widespread Panic (two nights), Willie Nelson and Gary Clark Jr. The festival has also confirmed the Steve Winwood will sit in with Widespread Panic during one of their sets.

Tickets for the Lockn’ Festival are now on sale. No more acts will be added to the lineup this week.
