A number of artists will celebrate Bicycle Day Weekend on April 19 and 20 at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco. The two-day event will feature music from the likes of Lotus, MiMOSA, Gramatik, Star Slinger, Opiuo and many more. Visuals will be provided by Jonathan Singer as well as floral sculpting by Anthony Ward and live painting by Sam Flores and more. Alex and Allison Grey will also be present for the shows.

Bicycle Day commemorates the anniversary the first time that LSD creator Albert Hoffman intentionally ingested the substance.The Swiss chemist, who originally synthesized the psychedelic in 1938, went for a ride on his bicycle after taking 250 micrograms of LSD on April 19, 1943.
