Reading and Leeds Festivals Announce Lineups

England’s Reading and Leeds Festivals will feature sets from the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, Jake Bugg, Imagine Dragons, Foster the People, CHVRCHES, Disclosure, Warpaint and more. The festivals, which take place simultaneously at Richfield Avenue in Reading and Leeds’ Bramham Park, will run from August 22-24.

Over the years, Reading and Leeds (approximately 200 miles apart) have played host to some of rock’s most memorable moments. Nirvana performed their final UK concert at Reading in 1992, with Kurt Cobain infamously entering in a wheelchair and medical gown.

Tickets to the festival must be purchased individually and are on-sale now.

The Reading festival used to be a great festival but it has steadily gone downhill the past several years. This lineup is terrible. The best UK festivals are Glastonbury, T in The Park.
