After six shows with very few special guests, the Allman Brothers invited a variety of musicians on stage with them on night seven of their Beacon Theatre run. The first set featured some familiar guests, as the Juke Horns made an appearance for “Found A Love,” “It Makes No Difference” and the set-closing “Same Thing” which also included Yonrico Scott (The Derek Trucks Band) and Cyril Neville.

Anyone who follows Robert Randolph on Twitter wasn’t necessarily shocked by his appearance to kick off the second set, but either way the guitarist lent his talents to the set-opened “One Way Out,” his first appearance of the run. The Juke Horns returned once again towards the middle of the second set for another trio of performances including “Feel Like Breaking Up Someone’s Home,” “Stand Back” and “Please Call Home” before the Allman’s closed the set with “Mountain Jam.”

The encore featured a standalone “Southbound” with the Juke Horns as well as Connecticut guitarist Jeff Pitchell. The guitarist has played with the likes of B.B. King, Joe Cocker, Johnny Winter and more throughout his career. The Beacon run continues tonight.

Dino Perrucci shared some of his photos below.
