Widespread Panic were joined by a wide array of special guests during last night’s show at Panic en la Playa at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The sit ins began in the middle of the second set, when Randall Bramblett joined in for a take on Traffic’s “Low Spark of High Heeled Boys” (Bramblett played with Traffic during their 1994 tour). Jeff Sipe, John Gros and George Porter Jr. then came out to help Bramblett and WSP with an extended jam before Bruce Hampton joined the fray for “Time Is Free.” Grant Green Jr., was the last guest to make an appearance when he sat in with Panic and co. for a set-closing rendition of Bill Withers’ “Use Me.”
