The latest posthumous release from Johnny Cash is officially available today, and can now be streamed for free via The Guardian. As previously reported, the songs on Out Among the Stars were unearthed by Columbia/Legacy and Cash’s son, John Carter Cash in 2012. The album of “lost” songs includes duets with both Waylon Jennings and Cash’s wife, June Carter Cash. The material was recorded at Nashville’s Columbia Studios in 1981 and 1111 Sound Studios in 1984.
