The latest band to jump on the food branding craze is the Disco Biscuits. Hot on the heels of such beloved delicious available products as Phish Stix and Leftover Salmon croquettes, comes the debut of a new –sensation- item. Disco Biscuits and Gravy is available in a 15 ounce can and offers “a bit of the Biscuits in every serving.” Founding band members Marc Brownstein, Jon Gutwillig and Aron Magner attended the press conference to announce production along with head chef “Sweeney” Todd Stoops. Drummer Allen Aucoin who joined the group after the departure of Sam Altman was nowhere to be seen. When asked to sample a portion of Disco Biscuits and Gravy, Brownstein politely declined but for those who give it a go, he recommended two products endorsed by other groups: imoe.dium A-D and tUMs.
