New York’s historic Beacon Theatre will not go dark next March as a special run of performances is set to take place. The Allman Brothers Brand is expected to sell out the venue for 12 nights, featuring the ephemera, detritus and dross of 45 years with the ABB as well as a merch booth, photo exhibit and drink station. The signature sit-ins will be kept alive as well, as the Allman Brothers Brand will be joined by a My Morning Jacket Jacket, a White Denim Skirt, a Jimmy Herringbone Suit and quite possibly a passel of Yonrico Scott Tissues.

A series of after-shows are set to take place at B.B. King’s, kicking off on March 7 when One Way Out: The Inside History of The Allman Brothers Band author Alan Paul will consume alarming quantities of absinthe and then conduct an interview with the group’s mushroom logo.
