Jeff Tweedy has been added to the bill for this year’s Newport Folk Festival. The Wilco frontman is the latest artist to be revealed as part of the festival’s rolling lineup announcement, with Lucius, Lake Street Dive, Willie Watson, Puss n Boots, The Lonseome Trio and Leif Vollebekk all being added in the last few days as well.

Additionally, Deer Tick have confirmed that they will be making their first main stage appearance at Newport Folk this summer. The band released a statement about the move on April 1 that reads:

We regret to inform our fans that we will not be performing at the Newport Folk Festival this year due to an overwhelming desire to perform at this year’s Man Crush Festival. That’s right. You can catch us supporting such acts as Tiny Tom (a tribute to Tiny Tim), Tee Rex (the world’s greatest golf themed T.Rex parody band) and Forever Young (a real Neil tribute band from RI). Newport’s great and all, but … Actually, all jokes aside, we are delighted to announce that we will make our Newport Festival Main Stage debut in 2014. We can’t wait. We have a special show planned for you. We’ll see you there amigos!

The full Newport Folk Festival lineup can be found below. Three-day passes and Saturday and Sunday single day tickets to the event have sold out, but Friday passes are still available.
