Jack White Announces Summer Tour Dates
Jack White will tour North America and Europe this summer in support of his forthcoming album, Lazaretto. The famed rocker will get things started with a show in Lubbock, TX before hitting up a few more cities in the South on his way to the Governor’s Ball and Bonnaroo festivals. White will then head to Europe for a series of dates, which will be followed by the second leg of his North American tour.
Pre-sale tickets for White’s upcoming tour will go on sale this Wednesday, April 9 at 10am local tie, with public on-sale beginning this Friday, April 11 at 10am local time.
As previously reported, White will also play a show of sorts at his Third Man Records studio in Nasvhille, TN on Record Store Day (April 19). The session will consist of a performance of “Lazaretto,” the title track from his forthcoming LP. The master recording of the one-song set will then be taken to United Record Press, where copies of the song will be printed on vinyl before being packaged with cover art created from photos of the event.
Lazaretto is set for release on June 10.
