Billy Corgan Announces New Solo Album, Smashing Pumpkins to Reissue Adore

The Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan will release a new experimental solo album AEGEA. The limited-edition album will only see 250 press copies at a price of $59.95, with each edition hand numbered by Corgan himself.

In addition, The Smashing Pumpkins have announced the reissue of their fourth LP, 1998’s Adore. The box set will span six discs featuring a Bob Ludwig-remastered version of the album as well as a live DVD from the band’s tour in 1998 and three discs of unreleased material.

I feel sorry for ya if you missed out on the Pumpkins in the 90’s. Awesome band with one of the best drummers ever. But yea, Billy now is pretty terrible.
