Martin Garrix has enlisted Phish (and Justin Bieber) lighting master Chris Kuroda to take the reins at some of his bigger shows, and it looks like last weekend’s set at Coachella was one of them. In a recent interview with Elle, the 17-year-old Dutch DJ told the publication:

I was so happy! We invested a lot of money in production. All the big shows, the really important shows, we’re going to fly in [Justin Bieber and Phish lighting guru, Chris Kuroda]. Those are like rock-music shows, with the lasers and stuff. Yesterday, with everybody in the crowd, I was like, “Holy fucking shit!”

It appears that CK5 will be running lights this coming weekend as well, if the tweet below is any indication. However, the collaboration isn’t too left field, as Garrix and Bieber are both managed by Scooter Braun.
