Warren Haynes sat in with Dave Matthews Band last night during their headlining set at the Bluesfest Byron Bay in Byron Bay, Australia. The guitarist, who is also slated to perform at the festival with his band Gov’t Mule, joined DMB toward the end of their set for a cover of Bob Dylan’s “All Along The Watchtower.” Haynes had last played the song with DMB on May 16, 2002.

Bluesfest Byron Bay will run through Monday, April 21. Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Jeff Beck, Elvis Costello, John Butler Trio, Buddy Guy, Aaron Neville, The Doobie Brothers, Boz Scaggs, Gregg Allman, Dr. John, Steve Earle & The Dukes, Gary Clark Jr., Michael Franti & Spearhead, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Ozomatli and many more are all on the lineup for this year’s event.
