The Word and The Capitol Theatre will give one talented fan the chance to perform with the band when they take the stage at the Port Chester, NY venue on Thursday, May 1. A description of the contest on The Capitol Theatre’s Facebook page reads:

Ever wondered what it would be like to perform on The Capitol Theatre’s legendary stage? How about being backed by some of the most talented musicians of today? The Capitol Theatre and The Word are thrilled to offer fans the chance of a lifetime, an opportunity to perform YOUR SONG on stage with The Word at their show on Thursday, May 1.

For your chance to be considered, submit a video of your best performance. The Word will choose their favorite video and we will announce the winner on Wednesday, April 30. Good luck and we can’t wait to see your dreams come true!
