The Governors Ball Music Festival confirmed their schedule of pre-parties and after parties to be held throughout the city before and after the festival. The festivities will kick off June 5 with Kurt Vile and the Violators at Brooklyn Bowl as well as Tourist at Westway. Washed Out will also take the stage at the Brooklyn Bowl on June 6 following the opening day of the festival.

On June 7, The Chain Gang of 1974 w/Black Taxi will play the Knitting Factory, Classixx will take the stage at Brooklyn Bowl, Cayucas (w/Little Comets) will play Glasslands and EarlWolf will play Irving Plaza. All shows begin after 11 PM following the conclusion of the festival.

Sunday June 8 features a pair of shows including Diarrhea Planet (w/Total Slacker and Lvl Up) at Glasslands and budding singer/songwriter Damon Albarn at Irving Plaza. A full list and ticketing information can be found here.
