Blues Traveler Confirm July 4th Red Rocks Show, Under the Sun Tour

Blues Traveler will once again tour the country as part of a theater and amphitheater package this summer. This year the group will participate in Sugar Ray’s annual ’90s-themed Under the Sun Tour. Uncle Kracker and Smash Mouth will also take part in the summer trek. Last year’s Under the Sun Tour featured Sugar Ray, Smash Mouth, Gin Blossoms, Vertical Horizon and Fastball.

The extended run will kick off in Omaha, NE on June 27 and come to a close in Marysville, WA on August 15. The tour will include a July 4th stop at Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre which will double as Blues Traveler’s annual Independence Day show at the famed venue. That is so depressing! What happened to Blues Traveler?

Those other bands are terrible. Hope BT is getting paid well for touring with this line up.

Remember the late 80s and early 90s, the nonstop tours… marathon concerts… and none of this 45min show stuff… Really depressing. Guess it’s age and family time… But still, it sucks for the fans…
